The project involved dividing an almost 100m2 flat into two smaller ones for short-term rental. The first stage was to create a vestibule with two doors to the newly built apartments and a lockable utility cabinet. Winter's investment consists of buildings located by the Motława River, with a view of the old town. The entire interior has been designed in a glamor style with the addition of colour - facilitating the recognition of apartments for short-term rent. The apartments have a sauna, which is controlled on a smartphone. We used marble tiles, wallpapers and mirrors to give the apartments an elegant character.
